Ecological certification is a form of landscaping and development in which a company or brand voluntarily chooses to adhere to the predefined processes or goals set by the certification service. 

What is Ecological Certificate?

Most certification services have a logo (commonly known as an eco-label) that can be applied to products certified to their standards. This is seen as a form of corporate social responsibility that allows companies to voluntarily pursue a set of externally determined and measured goals and fulfill their obligations to minimize harmful impacts on the environment.

Ecological certificates are controlled and certified products produced in industrial products and agricultural products without using any chemical inputs, additives and methods harmful to humans and the ecosystem at every stage.

By using ecological products, healthy and healthy products are used in terms of health and body health and food safety. Natural resources, especially soil, water and energy, are preserved. Nature has been used in a sustainable way. The ecosystem is not damaged. Biodiversity is preserved. A healthier and more livable world will be left to future generations.

The ecologically certified product label contains the following information:

  • Name and certificate status of the product
  • Name, logo and code number of the organization that controls and certifies the product
  • Certificate number
  • Production code
  • Harvest year, batch or serial number
  • Ingredients in the product
  • Production date, expiry date
  • Product weight
  • Production site and production license
  • Statement that it is produced in accordance with the regulation
  • Product origin
  • Products with imported label information
